JEFF & MALISSA

New Orleans came to Denver for Jeff and Malissa’s wedding.

These two people are so warm, unique and unpretentious, and that was how I’d describe their wedding as well. It was an intimate group, with about thirty of their closest friends and family there to celebrate with them. They hired a true New Orleans-style jazz band (the OTone Brass Band) to play at the ceremony and then–the best part–to lead the whole congregation in a march back to their house, about two block from the chapel. The band then set up in their living room and played the night away, while the guests feasted on jambalaya, catfish and alligator eggs!

Thanks Jeff and Malissa for letting us be a part of your day…and for the delicious food!

Malissa’s mom was so proud of her and the two of them had the sweetest relationship.

ohh the anticipation!

tender, tender moments.

The march!

I don’t know what’s going on here, but something about this picture cracks me up…this is Malissa’s mom and Jeff’s dad.

Oh my gosh, we were almost rolling on the floor laughing at these next two (we were almost rolling on the floor when this was actually happening too).
