Lindsay & Jason’s wedding & reception took place at the eclectic Hillside Gardens in Colorado Springs – you probably remember their recent engagement session in which I gushed about my love of this place. Laura and I had fun getting creative, and Lindsay & Jason made the day a delightful breeze with their laid back attitude, stellar planning job, sweet love for each other, and get-down partying.

aaaaand…wedding dress time!!
Such a sweet, sweet first look. Lindsay & Jason were amazing! We’re so glad they opted to do this – we were able to get all the formal photos done before the wedding & reception, which made everything go as smooth as silk and kept the guests from having to wait on photos after the ceremony!
Happy? Yeah.
Definitely on of my fave bridal party shots! Interesting, soft stormy sky light.
And then came the rain…Jason stepped up and shielded his soon to be wife, while everyone ran and ducked for cover. Thankfully the rain was come and go, and it was bright and sunny by ceremony time!
They did it!!
Like the whole day, the reception was nice and relaxed. Just the way it should be!
Something I love about catching the fleeting, in-between, connection moments when people are talking.
