Holly & Seth | Denver Engagement Session

SUPER-CALLA-FRAGIL-ISTIC-AWESOMENESS!!!!

There – I said it – this blog post, and Holly & Seth, encapsulated in one, long, word. Done and done!

OK, OK, I kid. I’m not sure where to begin here, so I think this post will have to start with the photos…

Here, is Holly & Seth:

[They like ice cream.]

If you can’t tell yet, [they like each other, too].

Um, can you two just sit there and look fabulous? Thanks!

Feeeet. Love it. [i spy a secret tattoo]

Can you say Fanky Malloon? 5 times fast?! We tried to buy a balloon out of it, but alas, no joy. I think it wasn’t plugged in.

Lucky thing it started raining so we got to hang out under this bridge for a while!

When they’re 73, they’ll still be walking on bridges, hand in hand.

Is Seth giving us a secret society signal?  can anyone interpret that for us?

haaaaaappy happy kids.

ahhh!! happy again.

Fabulous Holly.

These two are photo & design folk, kindred spirits in that regard if you will. So, of course we had to break out the vintage Polaroid…

And it matches their outfits – perfectly!

That stands for “Holly”   “&”   “Seth.”

This photo cracks me up – I love the look!

Love this vantage point. (Laura’s up on my shoulders here). Love the textures and tones. The serenity.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had a more difficult time paring down a photos set for a blog post!!! Clients like Holly & Seth are the reason we love what we do so much, and they were bringing the fabulousness to their session last week. We started at the Little Man Ice Cream Shop in Denver where we goofed off a bit and ate ice cream, went down slides, and took some photos, then went for a walk toward Riverside, and finally hopped in the cars and ended up playing out in an open field in Wheatridge. We LOVE how their photo set came out (see the slideshow for more photos)!!

Holly & Seth are plain awesome. Super-calla-fragilistic-awesome. They’re fellow artists – they both went to RMCAD and, accordingly, have a keen sense of photography and design aesthetic [our kind of people]. They love life, have awesome sense of humor, are sweet and thoughtful, delightfully quirky, and they really, really love each other. We’ve gotten to hang out with them a few times this spring, and we always have a blast. Sometimes in life you just run into those people that are genuine, love life, and are super easy to connect with – and Holly and Seth are two such people.

I could go on, but suffice it to say, we are really excited to get to know them and be a part of their lives right now – bring on the wedding!!! Thank you Holly and Seth!
