Holly + Seth | Colorado Wedding Photography

We are smitten with Holly and Seth.

The excitement for their wedding day has been building for many months as we exchanged plenty of emails discussing the details of the day (by the way, did you see their engagement session on Style Me Pretty?)…and the day definitely did not disappoint!!  Holly and Seth, both super creative, artsy, and full of personality, along with their coordinator Gabby of Save the Date Events, put together an incredible event.  We were kids in a candy shop, with all the photographic fodder abounding…from the backlit ceremony in a field, to a perfect color combo, exquisitely stylish wedding attire, quirky details, a quaint and rustic barn….well…you’ll see.

We loved how they worked side-by-side to plan this wedding, and how their individual unique tastes and personalities came together to produce such a beautiful thing.  And we are confident that is what the story of their marriage will be as well.

Holly and Seth are awesome, and we can’t express enough how fun it has been to get to work with them in capturing their story.

It was so hard  to choose photos for this blog post because there are just so many that we loved. Here goes!

First round of details.  The colors…orange, turquoise, yellow…LOVE!  Check out Seth’s Pantone cuff links.  Design nerd! :)  I think Etsy played a significant role in this wedding too…

Seth, how did you pick a hotel room that matched your wedding?? Amazing!

Holly is gorgeous….obviously!Holly with her mom and her sister.  Such an elegant bride. The thoughtful, handsome Seth-o-tron.  (his twitter name, it’s so catchy!)First look:

After the first look, we got to stroll around the property at the Chatfield Botanic Gardens.  We had plenty of time and lots of great spots to explore.  This is one of my faves…love the serenity and the vintage feel of this one:The word that comes to mind here…perfect:They love each other a lot:So classically beautiful:Ceremony details.  They made ribbon streamers for guests to wave during the recessional.  Everything impeccably designed.  Holly’s bouquet was one of my faves ever:Sunset in a field=happy.Meanwhile, the guests hang out on the patio outside the barn for cocktail hour:Croquet power!Just newlyweds being all adorable and quaint with their croquet.Even MORE details…love love love!  Scrabble table numbers.  See their little bird cake topper?  Just so many thoughtful little touches.  And at the bottom there is their favor, a jar of “thanks-for-coming-peach-weddin’-jelly” made with love by Seth’s mom, who has her own jelly-making business!I love barns.

Holly and Seth, thanks for being so incredibly kind, warm and welcoming to us.  You were a joy to photograph!  We know how much your photos mean to you and we hope you really really love them.  :)  THANK YOU!!!  Next up: Fusebooth: Version Holly & Seth!!!
