World, meet Amy and Michael.
It’s been a joy to know these two and to play a small part in their story. Their genuine kindness, sweet love, awesome senses of humor, and the richness of the relationships they are surrounded by are all so evident. Their lives are extremely blessed, and all the more now that they are together. This was also a special wedding for us because it took place two days after the birth of our baby boy, Tate. We got the talented Tom Isaacson to stand in for Laura, and he did an amazing job. Since Tate was a month early, we couldn’t have asked for a more understanding and compassionate couple to be willing to be flexible for the last minute change-up!
From their rehearsal at Chautauqua, to the wedding at First Presbyterian Church to their reception at the St. Julien Hotel, surrounded by many many loved ones, both Amy and Michael radiated joy, and I felt blessed to be witness to this exciting time in their lives.
